Quel plaisir d’être touristes dans notre propre ville! Positive: L’emplacement était idéal pour le FEQ et nos activités. Vraiment proche de tout. (Resto, SAQ, épicerie, magasins) L’immeuble est impeccable! C’est un quartier historique alors, c’est de toute beauté! Les gens à la réceptions étaient sympathiques et courtois!

Negative: Système de climatisation bruyant

Well-appointed condo in an excellent location with everything a traveller needs. Positive: The condo is extremely well-appointed in general, with a kitchen that contains all the necessary appliances and is exceptionally well stocked. The bathroom and shower in particular are of good quality. I did not use the in-unit laundry but it would be very convenient for a longer stay. The living room contains a TV and a Bluetooth speaker, which is nice for music or podcasts. The climate control was highly adjustable and reliable. The location is excellent, steps from Vieux Québec and the Saint-Jean-Baptiste strip, close by the Plains of Abraham, and a short walk from Saint-Joseph in Basse-Ville. Negative: It would be nice to have a proper bed instead of a Murphy bed considering it is an excellent condo otherwise. I understand space constraints, but when being used as a furnished rental I think a permanent bed would not change space usage and would up the comfort. For one person it's not terrible, but it would be more of an issue when sleeping two. The condo is bright, but the view across to an office building close by necessiated keeping shutters closed to not be in a fishbowl.

Positive: Cuisine très bien équipée mais je n’ai pas trouvé de verre à boire (beaucoup de tasses de plusieurs format par contre). Sel/poivre/huile/épices étaient dispo dans le garde manger. Je n’en ai pas eu besoin mais l’accès aux laveuse/sécheuse directement dans la sdb est très certainement un plus. Le système de ventilation est un peu bruyant et quand on l’éteint, la température monte vite. Personnel sympathique et accommodant. Très bien situé pour accéder au centre des congrès, nombreux restos et épiceries à un jet de pierre ainsi que le vieux Québec.

Convenient apartment close to Old Quebec City wall Positive: The apartment was in a great location just outside the walls of the city. It made walking to restaurants and winter events very easy. The unit was clean and organized. Had many kitchen conveniences. Negative: We had to drive around to find a parking spot to check in. The Murphy bed dipped in the middle and was rather uncomfortable.

Congenial hosts, helpful and knowledgeable Positive: The kitchen was well equipped beyond my expectations Negative: The garage was narrow to maneuver and we were on the fifth or last level.

Great unit great location great value. Positive: The unit is very comfortable with great location. It is essentially across the road from the walls of Quebec City. The unit is well equiped with generous touches. Great value. Reception people are friendly and helpful. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: emplacement idéal et stationnement sur place. Immeuble très calme et très propre. Negative: comme nous sommes au bord d'une rue passante nous entendons les voitures et les gens de retour de soirées biens arrosées...

Excellent location and parking but uncomfortable bed and luke warm shower Positive: Onsite parking with direct elevator is huge bonus Negative: Mattress extremely thin and soft, apartment this size should have a real bed/mattress set, not a Murphy bed. Also shower is weak and luke warm only.
